Resonance
The culmination of a project to create new music for flute, percussion, and explore the acoustics of a singular environment, “Resonance” was recorded May 20th, 2019 at the Tank Center for Sonic Arts in Rangely, CO.
The three pieces recorded here were composed specifically for performance and recording at The Tank Center in order to make use of its unique acoustic properties.
The recording was made possible in part by grants from New Music USA and the Griffith Foundation Faculty Awards program at South Dakota State University.
